We are currently hiring for part-time Housekeeper positions located at Baptist Health North Little Rock, 3333 Springhill Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72117. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about maintaining clean and orderly healthcare environments and making a positive difference in patient care and community well-being. This position offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour with weekend shifts exclusively, covering Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The role primarily involves performing light cleaning duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, making beds, replenishing linens, and cleaning rooms and hallways. Housekeepers will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest queries and requests, responding promptly to housekeeping issues like spills or broken glasses, and contributing positively to team efforts. Prior experience in healthcare housekeeping is preferred, yet Crothall is willing to provide training for suitable candidates, emphasizing the company’s commitment to employee development and support.
