Now hiring for Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach Resort, a prestigious part of Travel + Leisure Co.'s portfolio, recognized for its pristine beachfront location, quality accommodations, and exceptional guest services. This part-time Housekeeper position offers an hourly wage of $16 and plays a critical role in upholding the resort's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeper at Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach Resort, you will be responsible for cleaning resort units, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained. Your duties will include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, making beds, and replenishing essential supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries. You will also handle linens, sorting, counting, folding, and marking them as per the resort's standards.

Beyond cleaning responsibilities, the Housekeeper is expected to maintain positive communication with guests and associates, responding to inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a seamless guest experience. Problem-solving and guest issue resolution skills are essential to contribute to the high levels of guest satisfaction that Travel + Leisure Co. prides itself on. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating both independence and teamwork.

Job Duties

  • clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
