Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience as a housekeeper or similar position is preferred
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • General computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of and ability to use standard cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays as necessary
  • Valid driver’s license may be required

Job Duties

  • Perform daily property walks to keep the property looking clean and tidy
  • Clean common areas such as pools, gyms, laundry rooms, and offices
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and tile grout
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Notify supervisor when supplies are needed
  • Respond to resident and staff needs promptly
  • Communicate updates and escalate issues as needed
  • Follow all safety and OSHA requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
