Job Requirements
- foster a home-like environment supporting families in medical crisis
- exceed guest expectations with friendly and responsive attitude
- follow operational and safety procedures including proper use of cleaning chemicals
- maintain cleanliness by completing daily and weekly tasks
- contribute positively to team with flexible working relationships
- represent House professionally in all interactions
- maintain inventory and submit order requests
- communicate facility issues to management
- provide leadership to volunteers
- perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- at least 1-year related experience with a variety of cleaning products and tools
- strong time management skills and history of punctuality
- self-directed and motivated
- attention to detail and use of proper safety procedures
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- maintain high standard of cleanliness throughout the House
- clean hallways, floors, and empty trash
- clean common areas and assist with laundry and linen services
- identify and report maintenance or safety issues
- monitor and maintain inventory of supplies
- provide guidance and support to volunteers
- communicate effectively with staff and guests
