- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning, lifting, and moving furniture
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to provide quality customer service

Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by offering detailed and attentive housekeeping services
- sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors
- vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies
- shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- dust and polish furniture and fittings
- clean metal fixtures
- empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
- clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers
- wipe down glass surfaces
- make up beds and change linens as required
- realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layouts
- respond to guest queries and housekeeping problems
- contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism
- perform other duties as assigned
