Job Description
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a leading provider of environmental and support services dedicated to serving healthcare communities across the United States. With a commitment to positively impacting the lives of residents and patients, HCSG specializes in delivering high-quality housekeeping, food service, laundry, and other support operations in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare settings. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive, inclusive environment that emphasizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and community engagement. HCSG is renowned for its dedication to employee development through hands-on training, career development opportunities, and comprehensive benefits, positioning itself as an employer of choice in the healthcare services sector. The organization is committed to diversity and equal opportunity, ensuring a welcoming workplace that embraces the authentic selves of all team members.
The Housekeeper role at HCSG is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of long-term care facilities where vulnerable populations reside. This position involves performing daily cleaning tasks to ensure resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices remain clean and hygienic according to established standards. With attention to detail and adherence to strict infection control policies, the Housekeeper helps create an environment that promotes health and well-being. Beyond cleaning, this role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to interact respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors. The job offers a starting pay rate of $15.53 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes valuable programs such as free telemedicine, prescription discount plans, financial wellness support, and more. Additional benefits, which may vary by location and eligibility, include vacation, holiday, and sick pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to contribute meaningfully to the care and comfort of others in a stable work environment. Joining HCSG as a Housekeeper means being part of a culture that values excellence, safety, and the personal and professional growth of each employee. Candidates should be ready to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing or walking, and must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies. If you are committed to delivering a clean and welcoming environment and want to make a positive impact on the communities served by HCSG, this position offers both a rewarding career and a chance to be part of a supportive, dedicated team.
