Job Description

Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional assisted living and supportive care services within a nurturing and compassionate setting. As a respected entity in the healthcare and residential living sector, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of our residents, ensuring that each individual experiences a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that fosters dignity and respect. Our community-oriented approach emphasizes love, compassion, and integrity, making our facility not just a place to live but a supportive home where residents feel valued and cared for every day.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of resident apartments and communal areas, which is essential for the overall health and happiness of our residents. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding chemical safety protocols to protect both residents and team members, ensuring all cleaning activities meet high standards of hygiene and safety. Beyond maintenance duties, this position requires a compassionate individual who actively engages with residents, fostering an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and dignity. Our ideal Housekeeper embodies these core values and contributes positively to our community's spirit by providing a supportive presence that enhances the quality of life for every resident.

This role is more than just cleaning; it is about building relationships and contributing to an environment where individuals feel seen, respected, and loved. The Housekeeper will have opportunities for ongoing professional development through participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development programs that promote continuous learning and personal growth. This commitment to education ensures that our team members remain informed about best practices and evolving standards within the assisted living care field.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and who values a collaborative work environment. We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and options for work-life balance that support our staff both professionally and personally. Additionally, with programs like employee assistance services and family planning support, we invest in the holistic well-being of our team. Our biweekly 401(k) employer match and flexible payroll options including daily pay further demonstrate our dedication to the financial security and satisfaction of our employees.

As a member of our team, you will play an integral role in ensuring that every resident’s experience reflects the highest standards of care and respect in a clean, welcoming, and safe environment. Join us and contribute to a mission that values service with love, compassion, and dignity, cultivating a community where every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impact.
