Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- One month or less of related experience or training
- Ability to read limited two- and three-syllable words and basic numbers
- Ability to speak simple sentences
- Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide by tens or hundreds
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out uncomplicated instructions
- Ability to deal with few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must complete Fair Housing training within 1 day of hire
- Must complete Preventing Sexual Harassment, Workplace Harassment and Drug-Free Workplace courses within 7 days of hire
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 35 pounds, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Must maintain professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times
- Must operate within OSHA standards

Job Duties
- Obtain list of vacant units that need cleaning and list of prospective Intent to Vacate Notices to prepare work assignments
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy ensuring they are fresh and odorless
- Clean model apartments on a regular schedule per Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
- Clean leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and common areas daily or as scheduled
- Maintain daily upkeep of clubhouse and common areas
- Manage care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding community or residents
- Maintain required community uniform and professional appearance
- Provide courteous and efficient response at all times
- Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Possess thorough knowledge of company policies
- Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth
