The Housekeeper is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of property models, vacant units, and all common interior and exterior areas. The responsibilities of the Housekeeper encompass cleaning available units, model homes, and various common areas including pool areas, gyms, and property offices. The Housekeeper is also responsible for trash pickup and removal, as well as the cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintaining confidentiality, a professional appearance, and compliance with safety and uniform policies are all mandatory.
