The Housekeeper role at HCSG is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in long-term care facilities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift carry a maximum of 50 pounds and push pull a maximum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform routine repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work around cleaning products
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
  • Residency within the designated service area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants administration and HCSG leadership
  • Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies
  • Able to lift carry a maximum of 50 pounds push pull a maximum of 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods
  • Able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously
  • Able to work around cleaning products
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions
  • Residency within the service area required

Job Duties

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms bathrooms common areas and offices
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
  • Interact positively with residents staff and guests providing excellent customer service
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
