The community values collaboration, compassion, dignity, and transparency, creating an environment where residents, families, and team members can thrive together. They are committed to making a positive impact in the lives they touch, ensuring each resident’s living experience is comfortable, clean, and supportive.

We are currently looking for a full-time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at Park Vista. The Housekeeper position is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our community. This role requires an individual who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of creating a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing scheduled cleaning tasks throughout the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Attention to detail will be essential in ensuring all areas meet the community’s cleanliness standards.

In addition to routine tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, garbage removal, and restroom cleaning, the Housekeeper will assist with additional housekeeping services prompted by resident care plans. This cooperative role also involves communicating with residents and their families to maintain good rapport and address any housekeeping concerns promptly in coordination with supervisory staff. Handling hazardous materials safely, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining housekeeping equipment are integral aspects of the role.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive wage range of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. Park Vista values its team members and provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan available after one year of employment. We seek individuals who align with our core values and are passionate about contributing to our mission of providing excellent senior care through dedicated and compassionate services.
