Job Description
Park Vista is a respected senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for our residents who have spent a lifetime caring for others. Located with the mission to help residents live their best years, Park Vista understands the importance of offering compassionate, dignified, and respectful care to seniors while empowering their families to alleviate caregiving burdens. As a trusted home for the elderly, Park Vista offers a welcoming environment focused on dignity, collaboration, compassion, and transparency—core values that guide every interaction and service delivered within our community. This commitment creates a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents, families, and team members feel valued and connected.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. This role is fundamental to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of the living environment for our residents. Working at Park Vista means more than just completing housekeeping tasks; it means becoming part of a community that truly makes a difference and 'Makes It Matter' for everyone involved. As part of our team, the Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all residential units, common areas, and bathrooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This includes routine cleaning of showers, toilets, floors, vanities, countertops, dusting, vacuuming, and garbage removal, all performed according to an established schedule.
In addition to daily cleaning duties, the Housekeeper will support the residents by responding to special requests related to their plans of care and take an active role in maintaining building safety by managing hazardous materials and spills according to regulatory standards. The role also involves close collaboration with the Head of Housekeeping and the Director of Maintenance to address any facility maintenance or housekeeping equipment issues promptly. Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor are essential, as the Housekeeper will engage frequently with residents and their families to ensure their preferences and concerns are acknowledged and addressed.
This full-time position offers competitive wages between $16.00 to $17.00 per hour and provides a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as a 401k plan after one year of employment. Park Vista encourages a professional work environment where team members are supported and valued, promoting both personal and career growth. Joining our team means contributing to a mission where every day is about improving quality of life for our seniors while working in a positive, collaborative, and compassionate setting.
