Job Description

Meridian Senior Living is a respected leader in the senior care industry, dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for older adults. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a great life, and we strive to create vibrant, supportive communities where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. With a focus on quality care, innovative services, and a nurturing environment, Meridian Senior Living has built a reputation for excellence that attracts compassionate professionals committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. We pride ourselves on fostering a culture that values teamwork, integrity, joy, and respect, ensuring that employees find both fulfillment and growth in their roles within our communities.

As part of our team, you will join a company that not only provides an outstanding benefits package—including options for medical, dental, and vision coverage—but also offers unique incentives such as telemedicine services at no cost, employee assistance programs, tuition reimbursement, and various voluntary benefits. Our commitment to employee wellness and development goes beyond the basics by offering pet insurance, referral bonuses, and attractive employee discounts with national retailers. Whether you are looking to grow your career in senior living or simply want to contribute to an impactful workplace, Meridian Senior Living equips you with the tools and support needed to succeed and thrive. We operate Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, facilitating a balanced work schedule for our employees.

The Housekeeper position at Meridian Senior Living plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety that our residents expect and deserve. Responsible for ensuring assigned areas are sanitary, safe, and visually appealing, the housekeeper helps promote a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and staff alike. Beyond routine cleaning, this role requires a compassionate and respectful approach when interacting with residents, emphasizing their safety and satisfaction at all times. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of professionals who support one another and are committed to providing excellent care. This position requires attention to detail, reliable execution of tasks, and adherence to established protocols to uphold the community’s standards.

At Meridian Senior Living, we understand the importance of our housekeepers in contributing to the overall quality of life for our residents. By maintaining a clean and orderly environment, housekeepers enable residents to enjoy their living spaces fully, enhancing their well-being and everyday experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, and have a genuine passion for assisting the elderly. We encourage applications from candidates who demonstrate responsibility, compassion, and a willingness to learn and grow within a caring community. Meridian Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion, and offers a supportive workplace where everyone can excel and feel valued.
