Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders or step stools
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects up to 25 pounds
Willingness to work evenings or weekends on call
Ability to communicate in English or Spanish
Adherence to company policies and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
Ability to take direction in English or Spanish
Effective listener and team player
Understand written or verbal instructions from the designated supervisor

Job Duties

Clean property business office, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule
Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
Perform job duties using safety guidelines and report obstacles to doing so
Perform other duties as assigned
