Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language
- pass a criminal background check
- pass a comprehensive reference check
Job Qualifications
- Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- able to speak, read, and write in the English language
- experience in housekeeping preferred
- knowledge of infection control procedures
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy
- perform day-to-day housekeeping functions for residents/guest rooms, offices, and common areas
- ensure all specified areas are kept clean and orderly
- launder linens and resident clothing as assigned
- follow established procedures and safety precautions while performing tasks
- ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity
- follow standard precautions and infection control procedures
- complete state required training upon hire and annually
