Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures cleaning products and safety protocols
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods
- CPR and first aid training preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room attendants house person and laundry staff
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverages for all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Train coach and evaluate team members to promote professional growth and service excellence
- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and linen to maintain optimal par levels
- Collaborate with the front desk maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
- Uphold all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with local state and federal regulations
- Maintain department records including room status employee attendance and productivity reports
