The role available is focused on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various property areas to ensure residents return to clean, well-maintained buildings. This role requires diligent cleaning of common amenity areas, hallways, lobby spaces, elevators, and vacant apartments once residents move out. Additionally, the employee is responsible for daily maintenance of model apartments and ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently upheld. In collaboration with the property management team, the individual proactively inventories cleaning supplies and advises supervisors when units are ready for occupancy. This position plays a crucial role in the overall resident experience by maintaining the property in a sanitary, welcoming condition at all times.
