The position primarily involves overseeing the initial and ongoing training of housekeepers, ensuring that all assigned duties related to cleanliness and maintenance are executed effectively. The role requires maintaining accurate records concerning housekeeping, rooms, maintenance, and common areas. This position demands the ability to prioritize tasks, assign workloads, and inspect work areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and readiness. The employee may be required to work temporarily or permanently at any Marine Corps Hospitality Services facility as operational needs dictate.

Physical demands of the job include lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 45 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance. The role encompasses a variety of custodial duties essential to maintaining the facilities' cleanliness and functionality.
