The Housekeeper Lead role at Crothall Healthcare is a full-time position located at Peace Health Ambulatory MOB in Bellingham, WA. This position offers a competitive pay range of $21.00 to $28.00 per hour. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, providing a stable evening shift structure. The Housekeeper Lead plays a critical supervisory role by training, inspecting, and overseeing assigned housekeeping staff to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and service are met within the healthcare facility. This leadership position requires hands-on involvement where the individual assists staff as needed, manages staffing logistics such as scheduling breaks and replacements, and addresses internal and external guest complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
