We are currently hiring immediately for a full-time Housekeeper Lead position at the St Agnes - Columbia Medical Office located at 6740 Alexander Bell Drive, Columbia, MD. This role offers a weekday schedule from Monday through Friday, starting at 12:30 PM and ending at 9:00 PM, making it ideal for professionals who prefer consistent hours. As a Housekeeper Lead, your primary responsibility will be to supervise, train, and inspect the housekeeping staff to ensure all cleanliness and operational procedures align with the unit's standards. Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to lift and carry cleaning supplies
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to manage staff schedules and resolve conflicts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Job Duties
- Supervises and trains housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards

- Resolves guest complaints to maintain satisfaction
- Prepares and distributes work assignment sheets
- Maintains security of keys and equipment
- Conducts staff training and assists with service excellence
