Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience required
- ability to work full-time including every other weekend and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to handle physical cleaning tasks
- willingness to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or related field
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- effective communication and customer service abilities
- ability to train and motivate a team
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Supervises housekeeping staff to ensure procedures meet unit standards
- trains assigned staff and conducts performance inspections
- manages staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage
- resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- prepares and distributes assignment sheets with updated priorities
- maintains security of keys, radios, and beepers
- inspects equipment and cleanliness to uphold service standards
