Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to supervise and lead a team
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work Monday through Friday evening shifts
- reliable transportation to the work location
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- able to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate staff effectively
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to work evening shifts
Job Duties
- Supervises housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with cleaning standards
- trains and develops assigned staff
- inspects work areas for cleanliness and safety
- manages staff attendance and schedules including breaks
- resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- maintains inventory and security of cleaning equipment and keys
- provides one-on-one quality service and support to staff
