Crothall Healthcare is currently hiring for full-time Housekeeper Lead positions located at Peace Health Ambulatory MOB in Bellingham, Washington. This role presents an opportunity for individuals with prior housekeeping experience to step into leadership positions that involve supervising, training, and supporting housekeeping staff while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, offering a consistent work routine with an hourly pay range of $21.00 to $28.00. As a Housekeeper Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the housekeeping team to guarantee quality service that meets the unique needs of a healthcare environment.

The position requires a detail-oriented and proactive approach to leadership as the Housekeeper Lead will regularly monitor and inspect team performance, manage staff attendance, coordinate work assignments, and address any guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
