This role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a hospital environment, directly contributing to the health and comfort of patients and visitors. The Housekeeper Lead supervises and trains housekeeping staff, ensuring all cleaning and hospitality procedures meet the unit’s stringent standards. This leadership position requires balancing hands-on housekeeping assistance with effective team management, addressing complaints, coordinating schedules, and maintaining equipment readiness. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with rotating weekends, providing a structured and supportive work schedule. The pay range for this role is competitive, between $17.50 and $20.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of experienced leadership in healthcare hospitality services.\n\nIn this role, candidates will join a team that takes pride in creating moments that matter within hospital settings, emphasizing attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to serving others. Job Requirements
