The Housekeeper Lead supervises and trains housekeeping staff, ensuring all cleaning and hospitality procedures meet the unit’s stringent standards. This leadership position requires balancing hands-on housekeeping assistance with effective team management, addressing complaints, coordinating schedules, and maintaining equipment readiness. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with rotating weekends, providing a structured and supportive work schedule.
