Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- prior leadership experience preferred
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
- ability to supervise and train staff
- ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervises housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met
- trains and inspects staff performance
- provides quality service with attention to detail
- manages staff attendance and documents absences
- resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- coordinates staff breaks and assignments
- maintains equipment and supply readiness
- conducts staff training sessions
- contributes to a professional team environment
- performs other duties as assigned
