The Leasing Service Associate role at Greystar plays a crucial part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of both vacant apartment homes and communal areas like leasing offices and amenities. This position is focused on ensuring that properties are consistently appealing and market-ready to attract potential residents. The role involves daily cleaning tasks and freshening of empty units and show homes, as well as assisting in preparing units for new tenants by supporting the make-ready process. Additionally, this position requires close communication with supervisors to report hazards, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and support enhanced property presentation standards. This role demands physical endurance, the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. The position offers an hourly wage between $17.00 and $19.00 with additional opportunities for bonus incentives based on performance and company success.
