The community is committed to upholding the highest standards in all aspects of operation, from facility maintenance to customer service. \n\nThe available position is for a full-time Housekeeper within the Trilogy at Vistancia Kiva Club team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the club facilities are impeccably clean, sanitary, and well-maintained to meet lasting guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Facility Maintenance Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning tasks that preserve cleanliness across all buildings and public spaces. This includes thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, walls, ledges, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and emptying garbage containers. The role also involves assisting the Maintenance Department with additional duties as assigned and maintaining infection control standards through continual washing and sanitizing of equipment and furnishings. \n\nThe position demands adherence to safety standards and regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and state Health Department guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals, ensuring a safe working environment for all. The Housekeeper is tasked with supporting club events by helping with set up and tear down preparations. A proactive approach in identifying facility repairs or replacements is essential, along with following up to confirm that maintenance meets required standards. \n\nCandidates for this role must exhibit exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to contribute to a positive, productive work environment. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum six months experience in housekeeping or hospitality
Current First Aid or other safety certifications as required by the Club
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a productive work environment
Initiative with ability to solve problems and make independent decisions
Good time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license may be required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Six months experience in housekeeping or hospitality
Current First Aid or other safety certifications as required by the Club
Ability to communicate effectively with team members about job tasks and responsibilities
Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public
Must demonstrate initiative with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
Must have good time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
Must be able to pay attention to multiple details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends with limited travel required
Valid driver’s license may be required

Job Duties

Inspect and clean all Club buildings on a daily schedule according to BlueStar standards and procedures as assigned
Clean all facilities as assigned including floors, carpets, walls, ledges, pictures, mirrors, furniture, fixtures and equipment
Empty garbage containers
Assist Maintenance Department in completing duties as assigned
Maintain an infection-free facility by thorough washing, cleaning, and replacing equipment and/or furnishings
Report repairs or the need for replacements to the facility maintenance manager and follow up to assure repair meets facility standards
Work in a safe manner and use all personal protective equipment assigned
Report unsafe conditions or accidents to a supervisor
Comply with all rules and regulations including OSHA, EPA, and state Health Department for using cleaning products and chemicals
Assist with set up and tear down for Club events
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
