Job Requirements

must have proven experience in cleaning janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping and mopping
ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
excellent organizational skills
capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints
must provide own cleaning supplies
must maintain general liability insurance
must have reliable transportation to client's homes
must be able to work as a 1099 contractor

Job Duties

perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces
care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
use and knowledge of various cleaning supplies efficiently
clean inside oven fridge toilets and sinks
follow protocols for janitorial tasks and industrial cleaning
report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
adhere to hospitality industry standards and health regulations
