Job Duties
- Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- performs routine cleaning tasks, including waste removal, disinfecting restrooms, and sanitizing surfaces
- cleans and maintains floors, windows, carpets, and common areas
- restocks essential supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- completes basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs
- monitors and reports health, safety, and maintenance concerns to leadership
- assists with emergency preparedness by participating in drills and safety activities
- attends and participates in required trainings and staff development sessions
- ability to maintain assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition
