The resort features 2,860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets, making it a premier meeting destination with over 150,000 square feet of function space and some of Waikiki's most unique meeting and event venues. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional guest services, Hilton Hawaiian Village embraces a culture of inclusivity, career growth, and team member wellbeing. This award-winning resort consistently delivers world-class hospitality experiences, embodying the core values of integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency in service.
Joining the Hilton Hawaiian Village as a Housekeeper means more than just maintaining cleanliness; it means contributing to memorable guest experiences by providing spotless accommodations and unparalleled customer service. This full-time role requires flexibility, including availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Employees at Hilton enjoy a competitive hourly wage starting at $26.36, which increases to $32.95 after 18 months of employment.
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility is to ensure guest rooms are impeccably cleaned and well-stocked with linens and amenities. The position requires managing housekeeping supply carts, responding promptly and courteously to guest requests, and efficiently handling waste disposal. Hilton values team members who are passionate about spreading warmth and hospitality, act with integrity, demonstrate leadership, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
Hilton is committed to the professional growth and wellbeing of its team members by offering a range of benefits and programs. These include exceptional travel discounts through the Go Hilton program, allowing team members to enjoy discounted stays at Hilton properties worldwide. Additionally, employees have the opportunity to participate in an employee stock purchase program, offering a 15% discount on Hilton shares to support financial wellness.
The company prioritizes family support by providing paid parental leave for eligible employees, including partners and adoptive parents, as well as personalized caregiving concierge services to assist with navigating caregiving responsibilities. In times of personal crisis, Hilton's Crisis Concierge provides compassionate assistance, while mental health resources are readily available through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Hilton Hawaiian Village also offers generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans, and retirement savings options to help secure financial futures. With a commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture recognized by Great Place to Work and Fortune, Hilton invites dedicated individuals to join its team and contribute toward making every guest stay magical. Whether you are beginning your career or seeking new opportunities in hospitality, Hilton supports your growth every step of the way.
