Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of customer service experience
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to adhere to Hilton’s values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months of customer service experience
  • Preferably experience with hotel housekeeping
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn down service, as needed
