Job Description
This job opportunity is for the Housekeeper I position, applicable across multiple locations including Livingston Ambulatory Center (LAC) at 380 Butterfly Gardens Drive, Livingston Orthopedic and Surgery Center (LOSC) at 405 Butterfly Gardens Drive, and the Conference Center (CC) at 520 Butterfly Gardens Drive, all located in Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, opportunities are available at the Main Campus at 700 Children’s Drive, Columbus, Ohio. This variety of locations offers dynamic work environments where employees will be directed by their managers to perform duties at one or multiple facilities, providing a broad exposure to different operational settings within the healthcare infrastructure.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferred
- Availability to work second shift hours Monday through Friday 6pm to 2:30am with rotating weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, climbing stairs and ladders
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Ability to work at various locations as directed
- Must comply with safety and PPE guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Demonstrate high degree of proficiency in the 10 Step Cleaning Process
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Displays positive customer service skills and promotes a team atmosphere
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferred
Job Duties
- Cleans and services patient care areas, offices, lobbies, bathrooms or other areas as assigned
- Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards
- Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance, service issues and other concerns
- Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures
- Maintains proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions
- Maintains closet, housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly and good working condition
- Maintains department's standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback
