Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- Housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned area
- Maintain high level of cleanliness according to established procedures
- Ability to follow schedules and cleaning protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean designated and assigned areas
- Damp dust horizontal surfaces and vents
- Remove trash and empty waste receptacles
- Clean and scour sinks and stools
- Mop hard surfaced floors dry and wet
- Vacuum carpeting and upholstery
- Wash windows, door frames, and vertical surfaces
- Stock paper items as designated
- Maintain cart and equipment in clean, contained, and working condition
- Report directly to the Environmental Services Manager
- Perform all work in accordance with OHH mission, vision, and values
