Currently, The Cleaning Authority is hiring for full-time Professional Housecleaners at an independent franchise location. This position offers a competitive weekly pay rate ranging from $475 to $550 and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing employees to enjoy their evenings, weekends, and major holidays off. The job is physically demanding, requiring employees to be on their feet throughout the day and perform light lifting.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean client homes according to The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting of surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning equipment properly
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete cleaning assignments
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Maintain personal attendance and punctuality
- Report any client feedback or property issues to management
