We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Hotel Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotels, directly impacting guest satisfaction and the company’s reputation. The Hotel Housekeeper will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all supplies and amenities are replenished in a timely manner, and reporting any maintenance needs that arise. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The successful candidate will contribute to a welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their stay. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- attention to detail
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred

- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize guest rooms according to the hotel’s standards including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and replenishing amenities
- ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies such as towels toiletries and coffee tea supplies
- report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
- clean and maintain common areas of the hotel including hallways lobbies elevators and public restrooms
- ensure common areas are always tidy clean and welcoming to guests
- collect sort and transport linens and towels to the laundry area
- ensure an adequate supply of clean linens and towels is always available
- respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- provide assistance to guests as needed to enhance their stay
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions
- collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned in a timely manner
- assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor
