This role is both seasonal and available as full-time or part-time, requiring flexibility including willingness to work weekends and holidays.

The Housekeeping Supervisor must demonstrate effective communication, customer service abilities, and a professional appearance while promoting teamwork and coordination with other hotel departments. Physical fitness is essential due to the nature of the work, which may involve lifting substantial weights, frequent movement, and extended periods of standing. Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience in any service establishment
  • Ability to speak English fluently

  • Frequent standing up and moving about the facility

Job Duties

  • Supervision of housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure quality standards are met
  • Ensure department operates in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional guest service
  • Assign rooms to housekeeping staff and delegate responsibilities
  • Assist with employee training and ensure availability of tools and equipment
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and linens
  • Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Report fouling, breakages or decommissions to management
  • Maintain security procedures for lost and found items
  • Respond to guest complaints, special requests, and coordinate with the Front Office or General Manager
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
