We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. This full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $18. As a Housekeeper at this luxury multifamily residence, you will play an essential role in creating and maintaining a pristine, welcoming, and elevated living environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will focus on the upkeep and presentation of both interior and exterior common areas, ensuring that the property consistently reflects our high luxury standards. This role requires not only physical upkeep skills but also a professional demeanor as you will have frequent interactions with residents, guests, and vendors.

Your work directly impacts the residents' daily experiences and contributes significantly to the overall impression and reputation of the community. Duties include maintaining cleanliness and appearance of lobbies, corridors, amenity spaces, outdoor areas, managing floor care including carpets and surfaces, and ensuring trash and recycling areas are clean and orderly. Additionally, you will proactively identify and report maintenance or safety issues, supporting the broader property team with housekeeping efforts to uphold a top-tier residential environment. The ideal candidate will be service-minded, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of pride and professionalism in their work. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or similar environments is highly desirable

  • Provide friendly, professional interactions with residents, guests, and vendors
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including lobbies, corridors, amenity spaces, and outdoor areas
  • Clean and care for floors, carpets, and surfaces with attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ensure trash and recycling areas are kept clean and orderly throughout the property
  • Proactively identify and report any safety concerns, maintenance needs, or cleanliness issues
  • Support the property team with additional housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a luxury-level environment
