This opportunity is for a Housekeeper position located in Downtown Austin within the vibrant Market District. The role is full-time with a schedule that includes weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, supplemented by three flexible weekday mid-shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $18 to $20, reflecting the luxury nature of the property and the importance of maintaining a high-caliber presentation. As a Housekeeper at one of WRMC’s luxury multifamily residences, you will be instrumental in sustaining the pristine condition and welcoming atmosphere of the property. Your daily tasks will involve thorough cleaning and maintenance of all interior and exterior common areas, such as lobbies, corridors, amenity spaces, and outdoor areas. The standard of cleanliness is set high to ensure residents continually experience an elevated living environment.

The Housekeeper role goes beyond simple cleaning duties—this position requires an individual who is reliable, attentive to detail, and service-oriented. The interaction with residents, guests, and vendors should always be professional and courteous, making each encounter positive and supportive of the community’s reputation for excellence. In addition to routine cleaning tasks such as caring for floors, carpets, and surfaces, the Housekeeper is expected to keep trash and recycling areas orderly and clean, proactively identify and report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or cleanliness problems, and assist the property management team with additional housekeeping needs as they arise.
