The role available is focused on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within Greystar-managed properties to ensure an appealing environment for prospective residents and guests. This position involves daily cleaning and upkeep of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, clubhouses, amenities, and common areas, contributing directly to the market readiness and overall attractiveness of each property. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the leasing and management teams by preparing show units and freshening vacant homes throughout the day to enhance property appeal. Duties include cleaning responsibilities, inventory management of cleaning supplies, and reporting hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors. This role requires physical stamina to perform tasks that demand standing, walking, bending, and lifting under varying weather conditions. Flexibility in working hours is essential, encompassing evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call duties. The hourly pay range for this position is $21.50 to $22.00, with additional compensation opportunities through bonus programs tied to individual and company performance. Job Requirements
