Job Duties
- perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms meeting rooms and public spaces
- flip and inspect mattresses and box springs
- assemble bed frames
- vacuum behind and underneath furniture
- spot clean carpets and upholstery
- dust and touch-up paint and furniture
- replace light fixtures and inspect and repair grout and caulking
- maintain and repair guest rooms according to property maintenance procedures
- tighten loose toilet seats
- change light bulbs
- patch holes in walls
- clean guestroom surfaces including tubs wall tiles hard floors walls windows and mirrors
- report serious maintenance problems and safety hazards immediately to manager or supervisor
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance remain clean and professional
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- adhere to quality expectations and standards
- reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping
- move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
- assist with moving objects heavier than 50 pounds
- stand sit or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
