Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as a housekeeper or similar position
- knowledge and understanding of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- skilled in operating mechanical and electrical cleaning equipment
- basic literacy and numeracy skills
- strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
- basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during emergencies
- ability to lift 40 pounds following safety procedures
- ability to work in an upright standing position for long periods
- ability to crawl in small and tight spaces
- ability to work in varied environmental conditions such as heat, cold, wind, and rain
- ability to walk and climb stairs
- ability to stoop and bend
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators
- remove litter, trash, and debris from all areas of the community
- empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and waste baskets regularly and dispose of waste properly
- vacuum, sweep, polish, and mop floors
- straighten furniture in common areas as needed
- dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain neat appearance
- polish and clean windows, glass doors, brass, mirrors, and other surfaces
- clean and disinfect kitchen areas including countertops, sinks, and appliances
- restock supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
- sanitize all bathroom bowls, sinks, partitions, and urinals daily or as needed
- clean and organize clubhouse including restrooms, shower stalls, fitness equipment, and storage rooms
- assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of meeting rooms for events
- maintain supply and PPE inventory and assist supervisor with ordering supplies
- assist with hurricane preparation before, during, and after storms
- complete necessary checklists and work orders as assigned
- report any malfunctioning equipment and unsafe conditions to management
- maintain a safe and secure work environment
- ensure proper use of PPEs while performing duties
- perform other duties as assigned
