Job Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motions
- ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs
- must be able to work safely and remain alert throughout the shift
- must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- basic math skills for mixing cleaning solutions
- strong communication skills and ability to exchange information accurately
Job Duties
- Clean resident rooms, community spaces, and work areas to meet health and safety standards
- sweep, mop, dust, sanitize bathrooms, and clean floor coverings and furniture
- empty trash receptacles and ensure all areas are free of odors and debris
- operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, washing machines, and other tools
- follow all safety and standard precaution guidelines
- use cleaning chemicals and materials safely and as directed
- complete laundry duties as needed
