The role of Housekeeper at Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is an essential position that ensures the cleanliness and comfort of resident apartments, public areas, common spaces, and work areas throughout the community. This position operates during the daytime shift, from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday, offering a pay range of $17 to $19 per hour. The Housekeeper is responsible not only for maintaining cleanliness but also for the laundry and ironing needs of both residents and the community, playing a key role in supporting the wellbeing and dignity of the seniors who reside at Oakmont.

As a Housekeeper, you will work in a supportive environment that places high importance on safety and security for both staff and residents. Maintaining a safe environment follows established safety standards, and cooperative teamwork is encouraged to achieve the highest standards of service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate approach to care, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
