Job Requirements
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to work weekends as Drury Hotels operate seven days a week
- commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
