Job Requirements
- Ability to complete two years of high school or equivalent
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Ability to work weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and service-oriented attitude
- Must be available for day shifts
- Commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Completion of at least two years of high school or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Maintain a variety of cleaning services to ensure guest rooms meet established cleanliness standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests with providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Help with laundry and cleaning public areas as needed
- Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries with a Service Plus 1 attitude
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Work weekends and flexible schedules as required
