Currently, Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join their team. This role is full-time, specifically for the day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and requires willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays to ensure consistent care and cleanliness throughout the facility. The Housekeeper position is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment not only for residents but also for their families and visitors. Housekeepers at Friendship Village Chesterfield play a vital role in supporting the overall health and comfort of the community by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces according to established schedules and procedures. - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean hallways, common areas, and community spaces
- Follow established cleaning schedules and housekeeping procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
