Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Prior housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
Be able to easily lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Pass background screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Ability to provide compassionate care in daily interaction with residents and their families

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping experience preferred
Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of common areas and resident care areas
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored appropriately
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Provide compassionate and respectful interaction with residents and their families
Comply with all health, safety, and infection control protocols
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures
