Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Be able to easily lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Pass background screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- Ability to provide compassionate care in daily interaction with residents and their families
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and resident care areas
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Provide compassionate and respectful interaction with residents and their families
- Comply with all health, safety, and infection control protocols
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures
