Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Be able to easily lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Pass background screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
  • Ability to provide compassionate care in daily interaction with residents and their families

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and resident care areas
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored appropriately
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Provide compassionate and respectful interaction with residents and their families
  • Comply with all health, safety, and infection control protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures
