Coreworks, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Housekeepers at the Bellevue Health and Rehab facility located at 6500 North Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. This full-time and part-time Housekeeper position requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the healthcare environment. Work schedules vary, including weekends with mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts, details of which will be discussed during the interview process. The position offers an hourly pay range from $14.00 to $15.00, reflecting the importance of the role in sustaining a healthy and inviting space for patients, guests, and staff. Housekeepers play a vital role in delivering quality customer service through meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing their cleaning duties. Candidates with prior housekeeping experience will have an advantage in adapting to the varied responsibilities. The role encompasses tasks such as making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and communal areas, vacuuming, and responding promptly to housekeeping-related requests to ensure the facility consistently meets high standards of hygiene and comfort.

Job Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time or part time including weekends
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Physical capability to perform light to moderate cleaning tasks
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
  • Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery
  • Dust and polish furniture and fittings
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings
  • Empty and clean trash containers
  • Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
  • Wipe down glass surfaces
  • Make up beds and change linens as required
  • Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
  • Respond to guest queries and requests
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses
  • Contribute to team efforts
  • exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others
  • Perform other duties as assigned
