Known for its strong community values and commitment to excellence, Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation is a respected name in the healthcare industry and continues to grow as a leader in senior care and rehabilitation services.

We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our environmental team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall health standards of our facility, which directly impacts the well-being of our residents. As a Housekeeper at Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, furnishings, equipment, and physical facility to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations. You will collaborate closely with other departments, particularly Nursing Services, to coordinate cleaning schedules and isolation procedures. Safety is paramount in this role, and the Housekeeper must adhere strictly to established safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions immediately to the supervisor. In addition to maintaining the physical environment, the Housekeeper will serve as a guardian of residents' personal rights by respecting their property and privacy throughout daily operations. The role demands attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Ashton Creek values its employees by offering a variety of attractive benefits designed to support professional growth and personal well-being. Benefits include a competitive starting wage with recognized pay increases for experience, a generous $1,000 new employee referral program, paid life insurance, and 401k opportunities after the first year of employment. We also provide a DailyPay option, allowing employees to access earned wages immediately. Social aspects of working here are enriched by monthly celebrations and recognitions, promoting team morale and a positive work culture.

Looking ahead to 2025, we have enhanced our benefits package to include up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement annual limit and a quarterly education bonus program. These initiatives demonstrate our commitment to employee development and continuous learning. Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation is not only a place to work but a place to grow, thrive, and make meaningful contributions to the community.
