Established in 1955, PHS has built a reputation as an innovative leader within the senior living sector dedicated to promoting independence, purposeful living, and overall well-being for those they serve. Headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, PHS employs approximately 8,000 professionals who serve over 41,800 older adults across 60 senior living communities located in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Additionally, PHS operates Optage home and community services and is a co-owner of Genevive, the largest geriatric primary care practice in Minnesota, delivering comprehensive care to more than 15,500 older adults. Being one of the largest nonprofit providers of senior housing and services in the nation, PHS continually focuses on enriching lives through community, compassion, and professional care.
