We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team of compassionate patient caregivers. This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. As a Housekeeper at Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of rooms, including those following isolation protocols, and performing routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. Your attention to detail and adherence to hospital environmental services procedures will directly contribute to the overall mission of empowering patients to regain independence and achieve their best outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess previous housekeeping or environmental services experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key skills include knowledge of healthcare environmental cleaning procedures, strong organizational and time management capabilities, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain quality, safety, and confidentiality standards. As a team member, you’ll work closely and professionally with others to uphold the hospital’s mission and guiding principles in daily practice.
