Crothall Healthcare is currently hiring for the full-time position of Housekeeper at Ochsner Baptist Hospital, located at 2700 Napoleon Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70115. This position offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour and involves working a schedule from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays, providing crucial support to the hospital’s cleanliness and safety environment. The Housekeeper role is essential in maintaining the hospital's cleanliness, contributing directly to patient safety and satisfaction.

As a Housekeeper at Crothall Healthcare, you will perform a series of light cleaning duties aimed at maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the hospital. This includes making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, vacuuming floors and carpets, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning fixtures, and managing waste disposal in compliance with sanitary regulations. The role demands attention to detail, thoroughness, and a dedication to upholding the high standards required in healthcare settings.

Additionally, Crothall Housekeepers provide quality customer service through one-on-one attention, responding promptly to patient or staff requests and addressing any housekeeping problems that may arise. This contributes not only to the physical cleanliness of the hospital but also to the overall experience of patients and visitors, enhancing the care environment.
